Park Review

This dog park has a small area for timid dogs and a larger area for active dogs. The grass is just OK with areas of dirt. There is water available. No shade is available in this park. There are no special features and there are grocery bag dispensers set up so users supply their own bags. A basic community park.

This park is a very large square. No elevation changes and not a speck of shade. One water fountain at the far end and four benches in the main area. The grass was very green and well kept up. No large dirt (or mud) patches like some other parks. The Saturday crowd of mostly regulars was very friendly. They don't seem to mind the lack of shade. Their logic being that it helps keep the numbers down. We will be back, but not in summer. How about a few shade trees, Gilbert? Thanks again for the web site. It's a great resource. Best, Bob W.
